We offer private and exclusive hire of the house and grounds for photo and film shoots.
We have a variety of large and stylish rooms and spaces, with many different styles on site - from the formal authentic Georgian through Victorian and Edwardian to the more modern décor. We also have unrenovated spaces, old boarding school spaces, cellars, rooftop attic rooms, and large private gardens, surrounded by woodland.
Whether you need a room with great windows to shoot a product for a day or a period film maker requiring private use of the whole site for a month, we are happy to discuss your project.
Location Rich North Devon
North Devon already provides a wonderful variety of film locations, with Clovelly Harbour (left) 15 mins away, Saunton Sands 40mins, Hartland Abbey and Quay 30 mins, as well as providing a near-infinite source of picturesque villages and quaint market towns, easy access to wild moorland and both rocky and sandy beaches.
Recent projects in the North Devon region include The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, Rebecca, Mallory Towers, The Night Manager.

We can provide catering and logistical support, coordination and accommodation if required, or a full professional catering kitchen and office or meeting space for your own team.

Moreton can be reached within 2 hours from Bristol and 3.5 hours from Heathrow, lying just 2 mins off the main Atlantic Highway A39, with no tiny Devon lanes to negotiate. We are situated next to a small business park, which offers options for office support.
